1. Documents adopted by legislative bodies in the process of considering draft laws aimed at the usurpation of power or the political persecution of individuals and legal entities. Such documents include, among others:

  • Draft bills submitted by deputies, together with explanatory notes

  • Reviews and opinions on them from various government bodies

  • Amendments to them

  • Voting results of deputies and senators

  • Laws signed by the president

1. Documents adopted by legislative bodies in the process of reviewing bills that are aimed at usurping power or politically persecuting individuals and legal entities. Such documents include, among others:

  • Draft bills submitted by deputies, together with explanatory notes

  • Reviews and opinions issued by various government bodies

  • Amendments to them

  • Voting results of deputies and senators

  • Laws signed by the President

2. By-laws (subordinate legislation) adopted by the president and representatives of executive authorities in order to implement adopted laws or amendments to laws, as well as various registers. Such documents include, among others, resolutions, decrees, directives, orders, rules, instructions, and regulations.

3. Decisions of the Constitutional Court on complaints challenging the constitutionality of the laws listed above.

4. Documents from administrative proceedings challenging decisions of state authorities, made in pursuance of the above laws or amendments to laws, and decisions of courts of general jurisdiction in such cases. These documents include, but are not limited to:

  • Decisions on inclusion in the register of "foreign agents"

  • Refusals to approve the holding of a public event

  • Refusals to register candidates in elections to government bodies

4. Documents from administrative proceedings challenging decisions of public authorities adopted in the implementation of the above-mentioned laws or amendments to laws, and decisions of courts of general jurisdiction in such cases. These documents include, among others:

  • Orders adding individuals or organizations to the “foreign agents” register

  • Denials of approval for holding a public event

  • Refusals to register candidates in elections to public office

5. Documents from administrative and criminal cases initiated against individuals and legal entities by competent authorities and based on their violation of the above-mentioned laws or amendments to laws, and decisions of courts of general jurisdiction in such cases. These documents include, among others:

  • Records of administrative offenses

  • Indictments in criminal cases

  • Linguistic and other expert reports
